Tech Home has spent over 50 years specialising in the design, planning and construction of exceptional custom homes and cottages.

Tech Home’s deep experience enables us to combine design that is sophisticated yet practical with high quality products and building practices resulting in some of Muskoka’s finest custom homes.

Tech Home was founded by acclaimed designer, Fred Haas, whose beautiful home designs and product innovations have made him a legend in the Canadian home building industry. Fred works directly with every Tech Home client to develop a custom home design tailored to realize their dream and work within their budget. Steven Haas manages our client’s permit, product sourcing and construction requirements, supported by a strong, experienced and dedicated team.

We are grateful to have a long list of satisfied clients and would be pleased to offer references upon request.

Tech Home is a proud Tarion-registered builder and has long been a leader in energy efficiency and building performance throughout its history. We are proud to build some of Muskoka’s most exceptional homes.
