Mission, Vision, Values

Tech Home’s deep experience enables us to combine design that is sophisticated yet practical with high quality products and building practices resulting in some of Muskoka’s finest custom homes.

Tech Home was founded by acclaimed designer, Fred Haas, whose beautiful home designs and product innovations have made him a legend in the Canadian home building industry. Fred works directly with every Tech Home client to develop a custom home design tailored to realize their dream and work within their budget. Steven Haas manages our client’s permit, product sourcing and construction requirements, supported by a strong, experienced and dedicated team.

We are grateful to have a long list of satisfied clients and would be pleased to offer references upon request.

Tech Home is a member of the Canadian Home Builder’s Association, the Ontario Home Builder’s Association, and is a member in good standing with the Ontario New Home Warranty Program (Tarion). Tech Home is a registered R2000 builder and has been at the forefront of energy efficiency and building performance throughout its history.

At Tech Home, we believe that good planning is the key to a successful building project – one that is completed on time, on budget and meets or exceeds the expectations of our clients. We also believe that maintaining excellent communication with our clients is of paramount importance. Accordingly, we work closely with our clients every step of the way to ensure they achieve a beautiful custom home that they will love for years to come.
