Design Vision
From the beginning, the clients expressed their desire for a natural, welcoming home that felt connected to its environment and offered room to relax, work, and entertain. With those priorities in mind, Tech Home created a two-level design with multiple outdoor living areas and expansive windows to embrace light and views.
Interior Character
The main floor combines classic and contemporary elements, anchored by a stone fireplace and enhanced with a soaring pine-clad vaulted ceiling. Rich wood flooring adds warmth underfoot, and the great room opens to both a chef's kitchen and a generous dining area—perfect for gatherings.
A three-season screened porch, fully finished in natural wood, adds a cottage-in-the-forest feel, while the bedrooms offer simple, calming spaces with generous windows framing the outdoors.
Bathrooms include both a luxury soaker tub and modern fixtures, blending elegance with everyday ease. The lower level is partially finished and includes an office space, offering flexibility for future expansion or hobbies.
