The Muskokan Resort Club – Lake Joseph
Located just outside Port Carling on the shores of Lake Joseph, the Muskokan Resort Club blends cottage ownership with full-service resort amenities. Tech Home partnered with Resorts Muskoka Ltd. to lead the design and construction of all residential buildings, the boathouse, and the wellness spa.
Each custom cottage was designed for relaxed luxury—vaulted ceilings, stone fireplaces, and full-height windows set the tone for open-concept living. Floor plans support both quiet retreat and seasonal hosting, with features like covered porches, four-season sunrooms, and lofted second-storey layouts.
Material choices reflect the surroundings. Wood ceilings, natural slate, and textured finishes create warmth throughout, while exterior forms follow a cohesive Muskoka vernacular—pitched roofs, divided-light windows, and deep overhangs that sit comfortably in the treed lakeside setting.
The development includes shared green space, lakefront access, and recreation facilities. Each unit delivers year-round comfort and privacy, while the broader resort infrastructure handles maintenance, landscaping, and guest services.
This project delivers a balance of private ownership and community experience—modern custom cottages designed for flexibility, built to last.
